Japan
Japan is one of the most vulnerable countries to volcanoes, earhtquakes and floods in the world. This is all because of its geography and where it located on the Earth's crust and the tectonic plates. As a relatively small country made up of islands, Japan is located over the fault lines of four tectonic plates: Eurasion, Philippine Sea, Pacific and North American.
This means that there is hardly ever a day when the ground under foot in not moving and shifting in Japan.
Two of the plates that Japan resides on are oceanic plates and two are continental plates. Having the two types of plate in such close proximity means that there would be a lot of converging plate related issues, such as volcanoes and earth tremors (which can cause tsunamis and flooding as well)
